Have a cup of fresh coffee to start a beautiful day. Visit Green Lake Park, which attracts countless black-headed galls from Siberia to make Kunming home for the winter.

Your afternoon will be spent in the amazing artwork of the Mighty Creator at Stone Forest. Get back to the city overnight.

Do you have some free time? Go shopping for tea at the Kunming Wholesale Tea Market. Pu'er Tea is Yunnan's specialty; make sure you try some.

Take the morning flight to Dali. Check in upon arrival.

Driving out of town, we will take a mind-easing boat trip on Erhai Lake. Later, walk on the old flagstone pavement in Dali Ancient Town.

Smart Tips:

When you are in Dali, you should try out its famous snack, Erkuai, made from milk and roasted for a chees-like excellent taste. Also, don't miss a bowl of Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles.

Today, our tour guide will escort you to Lijiang.

On the way to Lijiang, we will stop by and visit the locals at Xizhou Bai Village. Check in the hotel upon arrival in Lijiang. Take a free walk in Lijiang Ancient Town.

The drive from Dali to Lijiang takes about 4 hours.

• Breakfast, Lunch

Sitting still in peace, Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is an enduring symbol of Lijiang. Today, you will take a cable car up the mountain to Yak Meadow. Visit the Naxi people in a humble village.

Go back to Lijiang and spend the rest of today free at leisure.

Smart Tips:

• Starting in the afternoon, Impression Lijiang is an excellent show with the stage of the mountain itself. Ask your tour guide for help in booking tickets.
• If it's still early, you can rent a bike and head to Shuhe Ancient Town, a bit remote but possibly more interesting.

Today, you will fly to Guiyang. Check in upon arrival and have some free time in the city.

• Breakfast, Lunch

Guiyang is famous for the waterfalls in Anshun: Huangguoshu Waterfalls, featuring 18 waterfalls and 4 underground waterfalls. After a couple of hours of cooling off at this site, we will get to Tunbao Village. Here, you will learn about the local cultures and enjoy the traditional Dixi or Ground Play.

Stop by a Batik Museum before we get back to Guiyang City.

Smart Tips:

• The drive from Guiyang to Anshun takes about one hour and a half.
• A heads-up for families with young kids: Some characters in the Ground Play might look quite scary.

Today, we will head to the exotic land of Kaili. On the way, we will visit the Kaili Museum. At Shiqiao, we will have a chance to learn about the old-fashioned way to make paper.

In Kaili, where the Miao people have been living a peaceful life for ages, you will walk up the hills to visit Qingman Miao Village.

Smart Tips:

• The drive from Guiyang to Kaili takes about 3 hours.
• Kaili is a rather small town, and the hotels are of normal standards with nothing fancy.

In the morning, our local tour guide will escort you back to Guiyang. You will be on the way back home on a departure flight. Hope to see you again soon!
